The Western District of New York (WDNY) is the Federal judicial district that covers the western portion of upstate New York including the counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagra, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.
